Job description

What you'll do

Manage civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients from concept through construction
Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
Support proposal preparation and contribute to project planning efforts
Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members

What you bringg

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
Experience managing civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and/or industrial clients
Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding project teams
Understanding of business metrics for project success
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
