Your Role as a Bridge & Structures Project Manager:
  • Lead bridge and structures projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities to support the firm’s continued growth.
  • Mentor and manage project teams, providing technical guidance and oversight.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies
  • Lead client and stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare proposals, supplements, reports, and feasibility studies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subconsultants
  • Review, certify, and seal design documents as required
  • Keep Team Manager updated on project development
  • Apply innovative design solutions to engineering challenges using cutting-edge tools and industry best practices.

Requirements What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field) from an ABET-accredited program.
  • PE license in Indiana (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 8+ years of bridge engineering experience
  • Project management experience with INDOT and local agency projects.
  • Strong understanding of design standards, regulations, and funding processes.
  • Strong technical, leadership, communication, and coordination skills
