Job description

We’re Hiring: Seasonal Field Events Member (Part-Time)

Hourly Wage + Tips*

Twin Lights Brewing is looking to add to our seasonal events team—pouring beer and representing us at farmers markets, festivals, pop-ups, and in-store tastings.

If you enjoy talking beer, engaging with people, and being out in the community, this is a great opportunity to get involved with a growing brewery.

What the role looks like:

  • Pouring beer at farmers markets, beer fests, and pop-up events
  • Running tastings and samplings at retail locations
  • Representing Twin Lights Brewing off-site (you are the face of the brand)
  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of event equipment
  • Taking orders and processing payments using a POS system
  • Helping keep events organized, efficient, and fun

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a brewery, bar, or similar environment required
  • Comfortable using a POS system to take orders and payments
  • Jockey box experience preferred
  • Must be 21+
  • TIPs Certiciation preferred
  • Able to lift and transport cases of beer and kegs
  • Outgoing, personable, and confident talking to customers
  • Works well with a team and communicates effectively
  • Willing to pick up shifts and support the team when needed
  • Reliable and flexible with a variable schedule (including weekends)
  • Able to work independently and represent the brand professionally
