This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career in People & Culture (at least 3 years' experience needed). This person will be a tactical, hands-on, Team Member-facing resource for payroll, benefits, systems, and team member programs. Job Summary
The People & Culture Operations Specialist owns core People & Culture operational processes, including payroll administration, benefits management, compliance reporting, and HR systems. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance while supporting team members and leaders through responsive service and well-managed systems and processes.

  • Own Payroll and People Operations Accuracy: Execute payroll processes and year-end activities with precision, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Own Benefits Administration: Manage benefits enrollment, life events, vendor coordination, and billing to ensure accurate coverage and a strong team member experience.
  • Own People & Culture Systems & Processes and Data Integrity: Manage HR systems, processes and workflows to ensure reliable data, efficient processes, and ease of use for leaders and team members.
  • Own Team Member Programs and Engagement Execution: Coordinate and execute team member programs and engagement initiatives, including wellness programs, connection events, Total Rewards communication, and life event and milestone recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and act in alignment with New Holland's Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Execute weekly payroll, year-end processes, and payroll-related compliance activities
  • Manage benefits administration including enrollments, life events, invoicing, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee HR systems (UKG, Employee Navigator, and related platforms), ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency
  • Monitor and complete compliance requirements including EEOC, ACA, unemployment, verifications, and audits
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team member inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and systems
  • Manage and maintain documentation and records, ensuring compliance with retention and audit standards
  • Coordinate and execute team member programs, including wellness initiatives, connection events, Total Rewards communications, and life events and milestone recognition programs

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources operations, payroll, benefits administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment compliance requirements (required)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and benefits platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple processes accurately
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
