Job description

Upland Brewing Company in Bloomington is seeking an Event Caterer.                                                         

This employee will work in consultation with management to define, set and achieve procedural goals.  Applicants must be able to lift 75 + lbs. repeatedly throughout a working shift (5-8 hrs.). Must also possess a valid State of Indiana driver's license and have a good driving record.

The schedule consists of Monday through Friday as well as weekend/holiday hours (with prior notice).

 Responsibilities:

  • Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable drinking experience for guests

  • Set up amp; tear down, stocking bars, taking orders, mixing drinks, and handling payment transactions.

  • Maintain the bar area's cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulations. 

Required Qualifications

  • 21 years of age minimum required.

  • Heavy lifting is required.
