Position Summary:

The Compliance amp; Pricing Manager is a critical leadership and operational role responsible for ensuring Rhinegeist Breweryโ€™s full portfolio of beverages is legally registered and accurately priced across all markets. This position oversees the complex, deadline-driven processes of state and federal brand registration, manages the integrity of the master pricing file, and acts as the primary liaison between Sales leadership, the Finance department, and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytical thinker who thrives on maintaining precise, compliant records and driving process efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Essential Functions:

State amp; Federal Compliance

  • Regulatory Oversight: Manage and maintain state and federal (TTB) brand registrations for Rhinegeist's complete beverage portfolio. This includes processing all label approvals (COLAs) and product approvals.
  • Policy Management: Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for state and federal regulatory agencies, ensuring all filings are accurate and timely.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain meticulously organized registration documentation and status tracking sheets for item setup by state and wholesaler.
  • NIF Process: Manage the Wholesaler New Item Form (NIF) process, ensuring all product data is compliant before market entry.

Pricing Management

  • Pricing Strategy Execution: Work directly with Sales leadership to manage the input, setup, and execution of retail and distributor pricing strategies.
  • ERP Maintenance: Manage all product pricing structures within the Encompass ERP system, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Master Pricing File: Maintain a comprehensive, accurate, and accountable master pricing file for the entire organization.
  • Wholesaler Records: Manage accurate wholesaler customer records and specific pricing information within the ERP system.

Support amp; Reporting

  • Sales Support: Provide accurate and timely pricing and compliance data to the Sales team to support market execution.
  • Audit Preparation: Lead internal and external audits related to pricing integrity and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills to adhere to rigid regulatory deadlines.
  • Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical skill set.

Preferred:

  • 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or pricing coordination, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry.
  • Experience with Encompass ERP, VIP, and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine love for craft beer is a plus.
