In the role ofย Breweryย Worker - Packaging in Ft. Worth, TX, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain team. In supply chain, you willย operateย the forklift and maintain the packagingย areaย equipment, brewing and/or warehouse areas while continually investigating methods to improve the process, improve customer satisfaction, and produce quality products.ย 

ย ย ย 
This position works closely with their fellow Operation members,ย Mechanicsย andย Electricians.ย 

ย Must be availableย toย work nights and weekends.ย 

Whatย You'llย Be Brewing:ย ย 

  • Performย line checks,ย assistย with accident investigations,ย hazard analysis, audits, and attend meetings asย requiredย 

  • Responsible for the sanitation of all equipment on the assigned lineย 

  • Drive forklifts as trained to do so and as neededย 

  • Responsible forย autonomous maintenanceย of valves, motors, pumps,ย filterย and gear boxes including lubricating all machinery, making necessaryย operational adjustments, and ensuring equipment is running efficiently producing a quality productย 

  • Meet the physical requirements of the position,ย includingย regularly sitting, standing,ย climbingย or balancing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling,ย crouchingย or crawling.ย 

  • Frequently lifting and/or moving items over 60 pounds. The noise level in the environment usually loudย
