Job Overview

BKON is hiring for our production team!

We are seeking a dependable Cellar Worker to support the operations of our coffee manufacturing facility. The Cellar Worker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the production and packaging of liquid coffee.

This position is ideal for someone looking to either enter or exit the beer/brewery industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in a high-paced environment
  • Grind coffee beans
  • Filter and package coffee concentrate
  • Operate a variety of equipment including a centrifuge and reverse osmosis system
  • Assist with brewing and other tasks as needed
  • CIP tanks and equipment
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and food manufacturing procedures

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • At least 1 year in a brewery, food/beverage manufacturing facility, or similar preferred
  • Some knowledge of CIP and COP procedures
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Forklift Certification preferred
