Must embody and imbue the Moxie Bread Co. core values of: kindness, innovation, honesty, strong work ethic, positive attitude, creating a supportive and friendly environment for their team, their customers and the wider Moxie team.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare workstation for daily bread operations
  • Divide, shape and bake bread daily for retail locations and wholesale customers
  • Scale recipes for bread dough
  • Mix bread dough to be shaped
  • Follow existing recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness

Qualifications/Skills
  • 1+ years baking experience
  • Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic Computer skills

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity for handling delicate baked items and equipment.

Work Environment:
  • Work is performed in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and potential hazards.
