The Atlanta Braves are looking to grow our Kids Crew staff who work in the ballparks Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Park. We're looking for individuals who are ready to jump in and bring the magic to life! This role is all about fostering a fun, energetic, and playful environment where children and families can create memories that last a lifetime. If you're ready to be part of a team that brings childlike wonder to the ballpark every day, we want to meet you!

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Contribute to the one-of-a-kind experience offered in the Atlanta Braves Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Park.
  • PLAY along with our fans as you lead a variety of activities in our kids area. Activities will include rock wall climbing, batting cages, wiffle ball, mascot appearances, and more.
  • Engage with fans of all ages as they visit BLOOPER in his Clubhouse.
  • Work with our entertainment team to organize special games and activities for kids.
  • Provide a positive, energetic atmosphere designed to create "GRAND SLAM" moments for kids and their families.
  • Ensure a safe, fun, and exciting experience for all guests.
  • Assist guests by accurately answering any questions pertaining to the ballpark or upcoming events.
  • Ensure an efficient operation and flow of the area by offering directional assistance and line management when applicable.
  • Problem solve in a timely and professional manner.
  • Have a practicing knowledge of ballpark policies to ensure the safety of all guests and employees.
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to work 85% of Braves home games in the 2025 season
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6+ hours)
  • Must be able to report to Truist Park 3 hours before each game, and stay for an hour after the game
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, etc
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work for all games; this includes rain delays and extra innings
  • Able to lift 35lbs

*This is a seasonal part-time position
