Retail Truck Driver
Job Description:
  • Make daily product deliveries with a 15-foot box truck to and from the Atlanta Braves offsite distribution center to Truist Park Stadium.
  • Maintain the daily store delivery schedule to ensure deliveries are made on time. Times varies depending on gamedays and non-gamedays.
  • Safely operate the Atlanta Braves Retail Distribution truck in a lawful manner and adhere to company driving policies.
  • Palletize and store the product within the truck in a secure manner that keeps the integrity of the product and adheres to safety regulations.
  • Properly communicate with the Distribution Center Coordinators on when deliveries are being made.
  • Assist the Distribution Center Manager with managing Transfer Orders. This includes pulling products, organizing products by store location, and ensuring the timeliness and efficiency of the entire transfer process.
  • Assist the Distribution Center Manager in the upkeep if the truck. This includes refueling, oil changes and other maintenance, and general cleanliness.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • No CDL is required.
  • Previous delivery driving experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • High-energy, friendly personality.
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, etc.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Work 85% of games after potential hire dates.
  • Must complete a successful background check.
