Job description

If you are driven to deliver exceptional fan experiences that are beyond anything possible elsewhere and interested in working alongside a team of innovators and enthusiastic over-achievers, you will enjoy working with us!

The key holder's position is the highest level of responsibility on our part-time staff. They will collaborate with full-time staff to ensure the structure and functionality of the team is always in place. When there is no full-time staff in the building, this position will stand as the manager on duty. This position requires someone who will promote and thrive in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities

-Ability to operate opening and closing procedures of The Atlanta Braves offsite retail warehouse.

-Ability to utilize inventory control system, including,

  • Running and accepting merchandise transfer orders to all Braves retail locations
  • Printing and receiving merchandise purchase orders
  • Assists with oversight of merchandise approval process utilizing S-drive

-Assist full-time staff with oversight of all warehouse operations

- Pull transfers, process new merchandise coming in, load/ unload trucks, and assist in put-aways.

-Other duties as assigned by manager.

-Ability to drive Atlanta Braves box truck

Qualifications

-Responsible for showing up on time for all scheduled shifts.

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-Previous inventory system or Yellow Dog experience preferred.

-Proficient in basic computer skills ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

-Ability to communicate professionally to all staff via email, text, or face-to-face conversation.

-Ability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

-This position also requires flexibility with scheduling and daily operations.

-Requires ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods at a time, climbing up and down ladders with high frequency, and the ability to lift items up to 50lbs.

-Fork-lift certification preferred

-Clean driving record

-Assist with coordinating bi-weekly 15-30-minute meetings for floor leadership team.Take notes during meetings so the follow up meeting had intent to drive solutions forward.
