Company Overview:

DreamFields is one of the top five cannabis companies in the industry through our leading #1 pre-roll brand, Jeeter. We are passionate about producing world-class marketing, high-quality, innovative products, delivering exceptional customer experiences, operating cutting-edge processes, and fostering an amazing company culture and thriving work environment. With over 1,500 employees, we are proud to be one of the most loved employers in the industry. DreamFields continues to experience exponential growth as one of the fastest-growing companies in the cannabis industry, aggressively expanding nationally into all legalized cannabis states.

Job Summary:

The Senior Brand Ambassador drives brand awareness and sales performance by partnering closely with key dispensary accounts and a dedicated sales representative within an assigned territory. This role has increased autonomy to speak to selling power, product performance, and brand strategy, along with expanded field visibility through on-site dispensary visits and sales travel beyond HUDs, pop-ups, and educational events. The Senior Brand Ambassador owns regional execution, delivers high-impact brand activations, upholds elevated visual merchandising standards, and provides actionable market insights that support sales and marketing goals while maintaining strong brand integrity and loyalty.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively communicate its benefits to both dispensary staff and consumers.
  • Capture high-quality video and photo content during events to enhance social media presence and engagement.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement in dispensary accounts.
  • Process invoices, track accruals, and prepare monthly reports for the marketing team to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Monitor store traffic, collect feedback, and gather market intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute events that align with brand objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure that marketing materials, such as point-of-sale items and collateral, are available and up to date.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional requests and strategies from management.
  • Partner closely with an assigned Sales Rep to support a specific region, focusing on ongoing account relationships and execution instead of one-off events.
  • Partner closely with an assigned Sales Representative to support a defined target region, moving away from general event support to a consistent, strategic sales partnership.
  • Lead selling power and product performance conversations with dispensary account stakeholders, demonstrating increased autonomy and ownership at the account level.
  • Participate in expanded sales-related field travel and on-site dispensary visits beyond standard brand activations to support regional sales initiatives.
  • Take increased responsibility for regional execution, account support, and market feedback, driving deeper impact and alignment with sales and marketing goals.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products, their effects, chemistry, and market trends.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to engage with consumers and budtenders to effectively drive sales and meet marketing objectives.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player, building strong relationships across departments.
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and familiarity with social media platforms for content sharing.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for driving results.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability, with a commitment to upholding brand standards

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or event promotions, with a proven track record of success.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a public-facing event role, demonstrating effective customer interaction skills.
  • 1+ years of experience within the legal cannabis industry, with cannabis event experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate various event and dispensary environments.
  • Must have flexible availability, including weekends, afternoons, and evenings, to accommodate event schedules.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time, visiting dispensaries and attending events in the assigned location.

Work Schedule (Non-Exempt):

This position is scheduled on a full-time basis. Specific shift times and workdays are determined by the operation and may vary by location. Business needs may require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as occasional overtime. Scheduled start and end times, assigned shifts, and workdays are subject to change based on staffing and operational requirements. Whenever feasible, advance notice of schedule changes will be provided. On-site presence as needed for audits, team meetings, or cross-functional initiatives. Occasional travel (<10%) for audits or state agency coordination.

Allergen Info:

Positions in our production facilities may lead to regular exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and other potential allergens. Individuals with sensitivity to pollen, molds, or strong odors may experience discomfort. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
