Summary: Nike is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to join its Global Brand Management team for a 9 10 month maternity coverage. The role is focused on leading marketing strategy and execution for Kids' running and training spaces, with an emphasis on storytelling, strategic direction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Position Info:

  • Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive seasonal integrated marketing plans for Kids' running and training categories

  • Manage asset development and distribution across channels with a focus on compelling storytelling

  • Collaborate with internal global, geographic, and functional teams as well as external agency partners

  • Gather and apply consumer insights to inform brand strategies and executions

  • Oversee product integration into seasonal brand programming

  • Lead with strategic vision while managing multiple projects and fostering cross-functional alignment

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer, retail, or digital brand marketing

  • Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and project management skills

  • Proficient in Keynote, Figma, and Excel

  • Demonstrated passion for inspiring kids in sport

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
