Senior Brand Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Senior Brand Manager will lead the strategic development and execution for multiple category segments, brands and/or sub-brands. They will lead collaboration within and across the brand teams, cross functional business partners, global teams, and external communications agencies. The goal of which is to develop and execute the annual business plan including marketing brand strategies. The Senior Brand Manager will also have a strong influence in commercializing new products to ensure in-market success. They will also partner with the director and other cross functional team members to develop longer term category and brand strategies needed for sustained growth.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field with MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing. Strong preference for experience with CPG brands and FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Marketing skillset to include cross-functional project leadership, business analysis, consumer insights, financial acumen, creative development, and general brand management.
  • Functional competencies include: Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Proactivity, Agility, Accountability, Business Acumen, Collaboration, Innovative Mindset, Analytical, Creative, Organized, Strong Written and Oral Presentations Skills
