Adecco is assisting a local client to fill an Office Support position in Glasgow, KY. This is long-term

7a-7p on weekends, 3p-11p weekdays. (Other shifts may vary. 5 days/every other weekend)

The pay rate will be $13.58 an hour.

Responsibilities:

Duties to include: Maintains watch over facility corridors, buildings, and outside posts to ensure the property is operating within the policies and procedures. Monitor security cameras ensuring facility is  secure. Serves as initial contact for visitors outside of normal business hours. Maintains daily

logs of visitors entering and leaving the facility. Constructs written reports regarding violations of facility operating guidelines. Attends security trainings & all mandatory in-services.

 Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills required, and Excellent communication skills

Acquires job skills and learns policies and procedures to complete routine tasks

Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Must maintain a professional appearance and a Can-Do, positive attitude towards all guests and staff, Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be people-oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed, PC Skills and Ability to use basic office equipment including Fax, copier, printers
