Job description

Incipio is recruiting on behalf of Total Network Designs (TND), a Louisville-based Managed Service Provider (MSP), for an Outside Sales Executive focused on new business development. TND provides IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, and low-voltage wiring for small and mid-sized businesses. 

TND is seeking a motivated B2B sales professional who can prospect, build relationships with decision-makers, and close recurring service agreements. This role is best suited for someone with a strong hunter mentality, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms. 


Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities 

  • Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and relationship-based selling 
  • Build relationships with business owners, CEOs, and operations leaders ● Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and pain points ● Translate technical services into clear business value 
  • Develop proposals, present recommendations and pricing, and close managed service agreements 
  • Maintain active opportunities and consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle ● Track pipeline activity, forecasting, and follow-up in CRM 
  • Represent TND at networking events, meetings, and community functions ● Partner with internal technical and operations teams for successful sales handoff 

Qualifications

Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales experience Proven success in prospecting and generating new business Experience selling to business owners, executives, or operational decision-makers Experience with consultative sales cycles and longer-cycle sales Experience selling contracts, retainers, recurring services, or service-based solutions Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and CRM usage Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience Selling Services, IT services, SaaS, telecom, cybersecurity, or related technical solutions Experience closing deals above $30K Strong local network in the Louisville market Professional LinkedIn presence and social selling ability Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $65,000 Uncapped commission On-target earnings: $90,000+ Health contribution Life insurance Mileage reimbursement Professional development assistance Ongoing coaching and support
