Job Summary
The Supplies Brand Protection Strategic Program Manager is responsible for leading hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of a software feature, solution, or product. The role drives the orchestration of various technical projects and fosters innovation through effective leadership, communication, and technical acumen. The role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving the successful execution of technical projects that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Plays a critical role in the planning and execution of the organization's most complex and visible technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products.
Partners across functions to prioritize, plan, track and execute complex, cross organizational programs while maintaining focus on building high quality programs.
Defines the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap to address the problems/opportunities in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
Reaches across functions or departments to mitigate program risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
Drives and tracks software releases, features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
Engages with executive leadership and other stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and manage expectations.
Allocates resources, including personnel and budgets, to ensure project teams have the necessary support to achieve objectives.
Ensures that project deliverables meet established quality standards and are aligned with business and technical requirements.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families.
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field.

Salary

The pay range for this role is$147,050to$230,850USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
