Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role is key to ensuring projects run smoothly, from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and thrives on collaboration. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to manage timelines, resources, and client expectations to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients on assigned projects

Manage multiple marketing and creative projects simultaneously, including campaigns, branding, video, and web projects

Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and task lists using project management tools

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and accountability

Track deliverables, budgets, and project progress; identify risks or roadblocks early and develop solutions

Support client meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items

Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with client goals and brand guidelines

Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience managing projects in a marketing, advertising, or creative environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
