- Partners with corporate marketing to develop strategies and plans to market products to the end customer in the most efficient and effective manner.

- Develops and maintains healthy working relationships with business bankers, regional leadership, and Marketing team.
- Communicates expectations, responds promptly to needs and ensures projects progress to an on-time completion.
- Responsible for integrating sales planning, pricing & profitability, and competitive positioning of the products.
- Monitors primary production data and product performance on a regular basis and report as needed.
- Analyzes the marketplace of competitive products and related product offers from other financial institutions.
- Research's and keeps current on industry and fintech trends.
- Assists with the annual plan process from a financial and marketing standpoint for assigned products.
- Understands government regulation and federal/state policy changes as related to products and product line.
- Serves as subject matter expert (SME) on a wide variety of business banking products.
- Serves in support role for assigned business banking products.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Two (2) or more years of previous banking experience preferred.
- One (1) year of product/project management experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere and learn quickly; to execute in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
