Summary

The Brand Project Manager supports the Senior Creative Project Manager in executing creative production strategies and managing day-to-day project workflows. This role helps coordinate resources, track timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards across a high volume of creative projects. As a detail-oriented communicator and collaborator, the Brand Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to keep projects moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is passionate about creative operations and process excellence. 

What You’ll Do:

Project Coordination: Support the execution of creative projects (600+ annually) by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives. 

Intake and Scheduling: Assist in managing project intake mechanisms, scheduling resources, and maintaining calendars for shoots, reviews, and asset delivery. 

Task Management: Use project management tools to assign tasks, monitor progress, and flag potential delays or dependencies. 

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners; provide timely updates and follow-ups. 

Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking production budgets and vendor invoices; support cost optimization efforts under the guidance of the Senior Creative Project Manager. 

Process Support: Help document workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to process optimization initiatives. 

Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks such as file organization, meeting coordination, and documentation to support creative operations. 

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. 

4-6 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a creative, agency, or marketing environment. 

Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail. 

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (Workfront, Airtable, Smartsheet) - 3-5 years in Workfront required 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset. 

Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. 

What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $83,000K to $100,000K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
