As one of the top accounting firms in the country, our foundation is "people first." In the words of James Kaufman, "we prioritize our people, their development, and their well-being. Our values are translated into action every day."

Kaufman Rossin is a privately owned, independent public accounting firm, which means we are not beholden to outside investors or private equity influence. This independence allows us to prioritize long-term client relationships, maintain objectivity in our advisory approach, and make strategic decisions that benefit our people and clients, not external stakeholders. Our structure fosters agility, entrepreneurial thinking, and a collaborative culture where leadership is accessible, and innovation is encouraged.

Think you have what it takes?

How You'll Contribute:

We are seeking a Project Manager, Brand & Social Media to support our Marketing Operations team. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for leading brand strategy, social media direction, and the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives. In this role, you will guide brand stewardship across the firm, manage key marketing programs, and oversee major FY27 transformation efforts, including potential website redevelopment and brand evolution initiatives.

You will serve as a strategic leader responsible for shaping how the firm's brand is expressed, experienced, and scaled across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Develop, own, and continuously evolve the firm's social media strategy across organic and paid channels
  • Lead brand stewardship, ensuring consistency across all marketing, communications, and business development materials
  • Partner with creative resources to define content themes, visual direction, and storytelling approaches that drive engagement and business impact
  • Oversee brand reputation management and monitor external perception, ensuring a cohesive and positive firm presence in the market
  • Lead advertising and campaign creative strategy across sponsorships, events, and firm initiatives
  • Serve as a key connector between Marketing Operations, Business Development, and firm leadership on brand and social media strategy

Requirements

Skills You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of work experience and 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong focus on brand management, social media, and/or integrated marketing programs
  • Proven experience managing and developing direct reports and external vendors or agency partners
  • Strong ability to build and execute social media strategies that drive measurable engagement and awareness
  • Experience managing brand identity systems, guidelines, or refresh initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with comfort engaging senior leadership
  • Experience in professional services, financial services, or B2B marketing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with social and marketing platforms such as Oktopost, CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and project management systems

How You'll Stand Out:

  • You operate as both a brand manager and a marketing operator, able to translate vision into execution
  • You bring a strong point of view on brand usage and aren't afraid to elevate or challenge creative direction when needed
  • You excel at leading through influence, aligning stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
  • You are highly structured in how you manage complex initiatives, timelines, and dependencies without losing creative momentum
  • You naturally think in systems-building scalable brand and social media frameworks rather than one-off campaigns
  • You are comfortable owning high-visibility initiatives with executive-level exposure and accountability
  • You balance creativity with commercial impact, always tying brand and marketing efforts back to business outcomes

Benefits

We embrace authenticity. Kaufman Rossin is an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to creating a culture that reflects the diversity of our firm and clients.
