Job Description Job Title: Brand Creative Project Manager Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 9 months Pay Rate: $40 - $50 (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: This role is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and trafficking of creative projects, ensuring consistency with brand strategy, commitments, and goals. The position will guide cross-functional resources for timely project completion and comfortably present to senior leaders and decision makers. Works with creative teams, marketing strategists, and channel managers to deliver projects such as emails, signage, environmental design, direct mail, social, web, display, video, and more.

Facilitates new project intakes and determines resourcing needs based on business priority. Builds out project plans, manages assignments, and ensures timely delivery of creative assets. Utilizes workflow management tools (such as Workfront) to drive successful project delivery.

Builds timelines, workflows, and owns marketing roadmaps. Tracks project progress, maintains up-to-date timelines, and proactively troubleshoots for the team. Provides reporting as needed for teams and leadership.

Facilitates team ceremonies including stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives. Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve desired outputs. Provides direction and support to program and creative services teams.

Partners with Program Managers to improve overall team efficiencies, workflows, and processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) At least 4-5 years of direct work experience in Project Management Comfortable managing a high volume (20+) of concurrent projects with shifting deadlines and priorities across multiple lines of business Independently drives both tactical and strategic initiatives forward Strong comfort with white space thinking and advanced problem-solving skills to drive clarity Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to remain calm and resilient when faced with shifting priorities and roadblocks 3+ years experience in an in-house creative team, advertising agency, or digital marketing environment preferred 1-2 years experience with Workfront or a similar workflow management platform preferred 3+ years experience reviewing visual design and written content preferred 3+ years experience supporting digital or social channels preferred Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong organizational and prioritization skills
