  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand operations, marketing program management, or creative project management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and campaign toolkits, with a practiced eye for quality, consistency, and visual standards.
  • Proven ability to assess and elevate the quality of brand materials - including presentations and leadership communications - with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and senior stakeholders alike.

Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Key Competencies:
  • Highly organized and proactive program manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • A discerning eye for visual quality and brand consistency, with the ability to identify gaps, uphold standards, and elevate outputs across a wide range of materials and formats.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a strong sense of accountability.
