About The Role:

Join the Retail Operations Team as an Associate Director, Brand Operations where you will serve as the vital link between brand strategy and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day and back-end mechanics that allow the world's most innovative brands to thrive across multiple commerce channels. Utilize Stackline's proprietary data set to uncover opportunities as a trusted advisor to some of the biggest brands in the world.  

The Associate Director, Brand Operations will be responsible for operating clients' supply chains, enabling multi-channel fulfilment while driving profitability. You will own the results of brands' performances and be the subject matter expert for packaging, fulfillment and supply chain optimization. You will be expected to be the subject matter expert and incorporate new supply chain and fulfillment technologies that optimize brands' performances across retailers. This individual will innovate and be part of creating the tools and systems that will help brands successfully operate their businesses. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle (4 days/week in office).

What You Will Do:
  • Multi-Channel Fulfillment - manage and scale fulfillment strategies across various platforms to maximize logistical efficiencies and minimize cost.
  • Sales Forecasting - analyze historical data and market trends while leveraging proprietary Stackline tools to create accurate demand forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
  • Catalog Management - create, maintain and optimize product listings to ensure accuracy, compliance and discoverability across all retail platforms.
  • Order Management - Oversee the end-to-end order generations, ensuring timely processing and coordination between brands, retailers and carriers.
  • Promotional Planning - partner with marketing teams to align operational readiness with promotional calendars, peak planning and new product launches.
  • Defect Resolution - proactively monitor and identify operations defects, including shipping errors, listing suppressions and supply chain disruptions.
 
Who We Are Looking For:
  • 5+ years of relevant supply chain and/or account management experience
  • 3+ years running and operation e-commerce retail fulfilment for programs such as Amazon Seller Central
  • 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze large amounts of data and draw insights
  • Demonstrated experience drawing insights from data to provide recommendations to clients on e-commerce strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing workflows
  • Track record of synthesizing various data inputs into cohesive, creative, and polished client deliverables
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience manipulating data with technologies such as Redshift, SQL, Python, or similar. 
  • Experience using AI tools to develop new technologies
