A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze consumer, customer, category, and competitive trends to identify business opportunities, risks, and growth drivers.
  • Evaluate business performance and translate insights into strategic recommendations across product, pricing, promotion, and placement decisions.
  • Support development of brand growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen brand equity and business results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Forecasting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to help move initiatives from idea to execution.

  • Develop selling stories, business cases, and presentations designed to influence business decisions and accelerate growth.
  • Explore emerging digital and AI-enabled tools that enhance analysis, decision-making, and business insight generation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to Brand leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

As an Intern You Will

  • Own a high-impact business project with real-world application and visibility to senior leaders.
  • Develop an understanding of how Brand teams drive growth through consumer insights, business strategy, commercialization, and execution.
  • Build relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization.
  • Strengthen your ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and business actions.
  • Gain exposure to brand financial management, including revenue, volume, margin, forecasting, and P&L fundamentals.
  • Learn how modern Brand teams partner with Centers of Excellence and functional experts to execute integrated growth strategies.
  • Receive coaching, mentorship, and development from experienced Brand leaders.

Conagra Will

  • Offer a challenging and rewarding internship experience designed to accelerate your development as a future Brand leader.
  • Provide formal training, mentorship, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
  • Provide exposure to Brand leaders, senior executives, and cross-functional teams through networking and development events.
  • Provide paid housing support and relocation assistance where applicable.
  • Grow your network and build lasting relationships with your intern class through social events, formal training and shared learning experiences.
  • Offer the opportunity to be considered for future full-time Associate Brand Manager opportunities.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Must be entering your 1st year MBA program Summer/Fall 2026 and will not graduate prior to August 2027.
  • Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, military, entrepreneurial, or extracurricular experiences.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Curiosity about consumer behavior, business performance, and the drivers of growth.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively in team environments.
