Job description

About the Company
ย
At Flow, we're reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We're building a new kind of living experience: one that's flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.
ย
Our mission is oneness:ย  prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we're creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.

About the Role
The Junior Interior Designer (Intern) supports the day-to-day delivery of interior design tasks across real estate developments under the close supervision of the Interior Designer and Senior Interior Designer. The role focuses on Autodesk Revit modelling, drawingย production, and FF&E documentation, applying interior design fundamentals from academic study to live project work. It is aย structured learning opportunity for fresh graduates or final-term students of Interior Design or Architecture, building exposure toย brand standards, design coordination, and on-site delivery. The Intern works alongside Architecture (ARC), Structural (STR), and MEPย teams, contributing to drawing accuracy, documentation hygiene, and design quality.
Responsibilities
  • Assist through the full interior design lifecycle - Concept Design Development IFC Documentation FF&E Coordination Site Support
  • Develop interior layouts, sections, elevations, and details in Autodesk Revit in line with BIM standards and LOD requirements
  • Prepare interior design drawings, schedules, mood boards, and FF&E sheets under direction of the design team
  • Support material and finish research, sample tagging, and palette boards for internal design reviews
  • Coordinate with ARC, STR, and MEP modellers to flag clashes and incorporate feedback into the Revit model
  • Assist in preparation of design submission packages, presentation decks, and visual mock-ups
  • Maintain organised model files, drawing registers, and project folders within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Track personal learning goals, attend internal trainings on Flow standards, and seek feedback proactively
  • Support sample receipt logging, mock-up photography, and basic site observation under direct supervision
  • Adhere to approved design intent and escalate uncertainties early rather than making unilateral changes
Ideal Background
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architectureย
  • Academic studio experience covering interior layouts, FF&E selection, and Revit-based documentation; prior internship at a design or architecture consultancy is a plus
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating Interior Design academic projects with Revit-based outputs
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (mandatory); working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM workflows and LOD basics
  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office; SketchUp / Rhino / 3DS Max a bonus
  • Experience with hospitality, residential, mixed-use, or commercial typologies through academic projects preferred
  • Hand sketching, conceptual visualisation, and mood-boarding skills
  • Comfortable with feedback culture and iterative review cycles
