ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of Sales and Services for a branch location. The Branch Manager is accountable for all facets of the operation to include team leadership, staffing, training and development, customer satisfaction and retention, service delivery, operational efficiency and new business development. The Branch Manager may be assigned by geographic territory. The Branch Manager reports to the Director of Operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager are Operations Managers and through them, field service technicians and others as assigned.
  • Managing Branch P&L - monitoring financial performance and expenses, driving growth, ensuring revenue and profit plans are achieved
  • Manage Branch for achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to include: Revenue, EBITA, and Customer NPS Survey Scores. Additional targeted metrics include customer retention, portfolio value, technician utilization and efficiency, employee turnover and technician accident rate.
  • Directly managing the Operation Manager, and through them, the field technicians.
  • Oversees Service operations along with the Operations Manager.
  • Recruit, interview, hire and train branch staff
  • Monitoring regulatory compliance, quality control standards and ensuring safety
  • Partner with sales staff on sales plans and forecasts associated with their branch.
  • Ensures alignment with the company business model and guidelines, including implementing company programs and initiatives
  • Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver exceptional service for our customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Asset management, maintaining fleet (vehicle maintenance and schedules).
  • Responsible for the employee performance review and development process to include evaluation of staff performance. Makes recommendations and administers corrective actions consistent with company policy.
  • Community engagement. Representing Branch in local business to business networking in trade organization to drive commercial portfolio.
  • Prepare and conduct meetings.
  • Occasional travel to other branch and corporate office Locations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-4 years' experience managing a portfolio of business with Profit & Loss ownership and/or experience, leading a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience required
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Licensure: Pest Control Applicators License, FR 2 and FR 3 licenses, or ability to obtain within 90 days of start date.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to train, coach and motivate. • Ability to collaborate with all departments and employees within the organization.
  • Customer service focused. REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Organizational skills, ability to multitask
  • Strong problem solving and solution identification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills - in person, written, and presenting

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Background in Pest Control, Termite, and/or Wildlife control a plus

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Hires and trains qualified candidates for entry-level roles.
  • Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the branch.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
