Your Role as a Producing Branch Manager
As a Producing Branch Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team while personally originating loans. You'll be responsible for:
Driving loan production through strategic sales and business development.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring top-tier Loan Officers.
Managing branch financials to ensure profitability and growth.
Building strong referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners.
Developing and executing a branch business plan to maximize success.
Providing expert guidance to borrowers, helping them choose the best loan options for their needs.
What You Bring to the Table
5+ years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience (including 1+ year in a leadership role).
A strong network of referral partners and a proven ability to drive sales.
Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures.
Active NMLS license.
A passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
