Weโ€™re looking for experienced educators, special education professionals, behavioral specialists, and college students who want to make a lasting impact in a supportive, science-based environment.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

โ—Work one-on-one with children and teens in a structured, brain-based program

โ—Guide students through physical, cognitive, and sensory activities

โ—Encourage progress with positive, consistent coaching

โ—Collaborate with a passionate team to implement individualized plans

โ—Create a motivating space focused on growthโ€”not labels or limitations
Youโ€™re a Great Fit If You:

โ—Have a background in Exercise Science, special ed, ABA, behavior intervention, or child development

โ—Love working with children and teens

โ—Are organized, calm under pressure, and enthusiastic about helping others grow

โ—Working towards or holding a college degree (advanced certifications aplus!)

โ—Are available for afternoon and early evening shifts
Schedule:

โ—Primary hours: Mon, Tues, Thurs | 3 pm -7:00 pm (shifts fall in this range)

โ—No weekends!
