Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, emotional conditions, and psychological needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual.
  • Provide a spectrum of therapeutic interventions including individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy settings.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Deliver crisis intervention strategies effectively and provide immediate support during acute emotional distress.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the care provided and share best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of mental health research and methodologies.
  • Uphold the ethical standards and guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Qualifications
