Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities: 

Participate as a member of the Enterprise Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs 

 Work with respective Solutions Architect of Pega, IBM, and Appian Centers of Excellence to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements 

 Support clients through product evaluation process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption 

 Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Enterprise Solutions Practice Teams for awareness and/or resolution 

 Participate in Status Meetings with the Client Architecture Team and Directors 

  Job Requirements:

 Must be able to travel nationally, up to 60% at times, providing on-site consulting work to clients 

 Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills 

 Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning 

  Core Skills: 

 Excellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Pega, IBM BPM, or Appian 

 Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues 

 Technical aptitude and a high degree of self- motivation to educate clients on BPM Methodologies and Solutions 

 Technical aptitude to train and gain proficiency with BPM Products such as Pega, Appian, IBM BPM 

 Excellent business process and best practices experience or aptitude 

 Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships 

  Minimum Requirements: 

 Bachelor's degree in Technology field 

Ability to learn and master new technologies with a technical and math aptitude 

 Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills 

 Excellent MS Office and MS product knowledge 

 Strong interpersonal skills with superior written and verbal communication skills 

 Extremely detail oriented and customer focused 

  Preferred Skills: 

 Some software development background or experience working for a software product or services company 

 BPM experience with products such as Pega, IBM BPM, Appian etc.
