Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 9-10+ years of experience
Daily retrieval of User data from 52 vendor systems.
Creation and removal of User accounts on vendor systems.
Expedited password resets.
Maintenance of Documentation for processes and procedures.
Creation of integration documentation for internal tools.
Utilization of BPMN modelling tool for process documentation.
ITSM processes and understanding. Knowledge requirements with at least 2 years of experience.
Strong communication skills
