Job description

Job Title: Box Office Representative
Department: Ticket Operations
Reports to: Manager of Ticket Operations
Job Summary
Box Office Representatives assist customers with the selection and purchase of their tickets, while providing helpful information and a high level of customer service. Box Office Representatives are commonly the first point of contact for guests attending a match, so they set the tone for the entire fan experience. Box Office Representatives greet each guest and respond to each request in a friendly and polite manner, while giving guidance and direction for any further needs. The ability to proficiently navigate the ticketing system, as well a strong customer service background, is essential. Hours include approximately 5 - 6 hours on game day at TQL Stadium. Your day will include arriving to TQL Stadium 3 hours before kickoff and working for the duration of the game (about 2 hours).
What You'll Do:
  • Greet each guest and respond to each request in a friendly and polite manner
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Navigate FC Cincinnati ticketing systems
  • Additional duties include assisting with set up and putting away of ticket scanners.

What You'll Bring:
  • Excellent customer service and relationship skills
  • Ability to operate a computer and learn ticketing system
  • Ability to work weekends, weekdays, weeknights, and holidays
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Must have basic math skills

What You'll Need:
  • 6+ months experience working as a concierge, event planner, waiter/waitress, housekeeper, or a role focused on providing excellent customer service
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an added bonus
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance, which includes dressing in business casual attire. Uniform shirts will be provided (no shorts, sweatpants, or jeans).
