What is a box office representative?

Box Office Representatives are customer service professionals who work at the ticketing area of theaters, concert venues, sports arenas, or other event locations. They sell tickets, provide event information, handle reservations, process payments, and assist with customer inquiries or issues. Their role is essential in ensuring guests have a smooth and positive experience when purchasing tickets or entering the venue.
