  • Part-time, approx. 24ย hours per week.
    • Box officeย operatesย Wed-Sat from 12-6pm plusย additionalย hoursย during shows and other events. This position primarily coversย our show night preparationsย andย operatingย hours, typically occurring between 5pm-9pm.ย

Position Summary
Theย Boxย Officeย Associateย willย be responsible forย supportingย the smooth operation of the box office and serves as a key contributor to delivering excellent, consistent, and accessible patron experiences. Workingย withย the direction of the Box Office Managerย and with theย support of the Box Office Coordinator, this role handles daily ticketing operationsย and customer service. Theย Box Office Associateย follows establishedย policies,ย includingย appropriate cashย handling protocol, andย may step in to complete small event-related tasksย as needed.ย This role plays a key part in advancing our mission and contributes to a supportive, inclusive, and imaginative work environment.ย 
Key Responsibilities
  • Operating the box office, including opening/closing duties, ticket sales (in-person and by phone), order fulfillment, and show-night service deliveryย ย 

  • Answering patron inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accessible and welcoming customer serviceย ย 

  • Supportingย accurateย cash handling, reporting, and daily reconciliation during assigned shiftsย ย 

  • Proficient use of the Zโ€™s ticketing and software systems and pursuing ongoing professional development in this area in response to organizational needs.ย 

  • Other duties as assignedย 

Qualifications
Required
