Job description

Position Information
Job Title Theatre Box Office / House Manager Department School of the Arts Essential Functions

Responsible for day-to-day box office management and audience services during
regular box office hours and managing a staff of audience services personnel on
production nights.
Must maintain work schedules and sale deposits.
Work Schedule Work Schedule M-F 1:00-5:00 pm when box office open, and 6:30-8:00 pm on performance nights. Work Schedule M-F 1:00-5:00 pm when box office open, and 6:30-8:00 pm on performance nights Additional Duties
Schedule must accommodate the following days/times:
Box Office Hours: M-F 1:00-5:00pm the weeks before and during performances.
Performance nights (Thurs-Sat) from 6:30-8:00 pm and Sundays 1:00-2:30 pm, Sept.
Please see position supervisor for a detailed list of dates and times.
Required Qualifications
Previous retail and excellent customer service experience required. Casual business
attire, strong work ethic and self-motivated.
