Rooftop Cinema Club started in 2011 as a single rooftop in London and has expanded globally with 11 venues across the US and UK. We are looking to grow our presence in the US with 15 + new rooftop venues projected over the next 3 years.


We are on a mission to change the way people experience open-air cinema. We transform nights at the movies with sunsets & starlit evenings, stunning views, friends, loved ones, awesome drink & food and great movies on the big screen. We are looking for Box Office Crew Members to join us in creating magical and memorable movie moments.


Its your job to set the tone and atmosphere for guests and other team members, making sure everyone is ready for an enjoyable evening under the stars.


A day in the life of one of our Box Office Crew Members


You arrive at our venue, check in with the team and your manager and get the show going. You run through the opening checklist (opening the kiosks, starting up the ticketing systems, straightening up the space, ensuring all tech is ready and our items are charged and ready to be handed out, and make sure the guest information is are ready to go). Then its time to start welcoming guests! You are the first point of contact for all guests, so it's your responsibility to set a fun and caring tone in all guest interactions. You will check e-tickets at the box office, help get guests comfortable in their seats, and make sure they know that they can come to you for help.

Key Tasks


  • Preparing popcorn (full training provided)
  • Ringing up concessions items
  • Checking guests tickets, and walking them through the key elements of our experience
  • Talking to guests, being friendly and helping them enjoy their evening
  • Cleaning and closing the venue kiosks securely at the end of the night


Terms:


  • $16.00 p/h rate, 20-35 hours per week
  • Standard Open Hours for shifts: 3pm-1am
