Essential Duties
The Theatre Box Office Worker supports theatre performances by selling tickets, providing customer service, and assisting with front-of-house operations.
Duties include:
  • Sell tickets for theatre performances and events.
  • Provide customer service and assist patrons with questions.
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain ticket sales records.
  • Serve as Box Office Manager or House Manager during assigned performances.
  • Assist with audience seating and front-of-house operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

This posting will remain open throughout the semester to establish a pool of qualified student applicants for positions as they become available.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a currently enrolled student who is registered for classes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data entry or ticket sales systems
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
