The Mechanic II is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of small engine power equipment, including push and riding lawn mowers, chainsaws, tillers, weed eaters, and other related products. This position ensures timely, accurate service while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and providing clear communication to customers and team members. The Repairer plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding brand standards through quality workmanship and adherence to safety and service protocols.
