Store Manager – Retail Furniture

Base Salary $55,000 + Performance Bonus (Total Potential Up to $125,000)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Store Manager to lead one of our high-volume retail furniture stores. This is a sales-driven leadership role with full accountability for store performance, team results, and customer experience.

If you are a proven retail leader who knows how to coach sales teams, drive revenue, and run a store like a business, this role offers strong income upside and long-term growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Store Performance

  • Own store revenue, margin, and performance metrics
  • Drive sales growth, conversion, and average ticket
  • Execute pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards
  • Analyze results and take corrective action

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Hire, train, and lead a commission-based sales team
  • Coach daily sales performance and behaviors
  • Hold team members accountable to standards and results
  • Reduce turnover and develop top performers

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a professional, high-quality in-store experience
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations
  • Maintain showroom presentation and standards

Operations & Compliance

  • Manage schedules, labor, and store operations

Compensation & Benefits
