Hudson's Furniture is looking for proven sales professionals who are ready for their next challenge. Our Sales Manager in Training Program is designed for competitive, results-driven individuals who want to build a successful sales career while developing the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team.
This is not a traditional management trainee position. You will first learn our business by becoming successful on the sales floor. You'll work directly with customers, build relationships, close sales, achieve performance goals, and learn what it takes to succeed at Hudson's before stepping into leadership.
For the right person, the goal is advancement into Sales Management within 6-12 months.
Hudson's Furniture is a second-generation, family-owned company that has been Turning Houses into Homes since 1981. Our culture is built on the values of love, transparency, and growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience or success in a performance-driven environment
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
