Job description

We are seeking reliable and motivated bottling workers to join a winery in Paso Robles, California. This is a great short-term opportunity that includes a 3-day assignment and a paid orientation (4 days total).
If you enjoy hands-on work in a production environment, want to gain experience in the wine industry, and are looking to earn extra money, this is a great opportunity to get started quickly.
  • Pay range; $21-$21 per hour
  • Paid Orientation: Thursday July 30th (4 hours)
  • Project Shift: 8am - 4:30 pm (8 hours)
  • Project Schedule: Monday August 3rd, Tuesday August 4th, and Wednesday August 5th.
  • YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL PROJECT DAYS (08/03 through 08/05) AND ORIENTATION DAY (07/30/26)

  • Duties:
  • Monitoring the wine bottling line to ensure proper fill levels and product quality.
  • Inspecting wine bottles for defects, leaks, or damage
  • Labeling and packaging finished wine bottles
  • Keeping the wine bottle production lines stocked with bottles, caps, and necessary materials.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
  • Following safety and hygiene procedures
  • Reporting equipment issues or production problems
  • Constantly lifting, moving, or stacking cases of finished products weighing up to 40 lbs.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse, production line, packing, or bottling experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required (English/Spanish)

This is a W-2 job opportunity and applications will be accepted from July 9th through July 24th.
