Job description

INTEGRATION MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Integration Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns, public relations efforts, and consumer marketing initiatives to drive cohesive brand activation for the Americas. This role helps manage seasonal calendars, coordinate inputs from internal teams, and prepare campaign briefs that align brand and commercial strategies. The coordinator assists with PR outreach, influencer logistics, and activation planning across retail and digital channels, while tracking performance metrics and marketing spend. This role will manage the day-to-day communication and Marketing needs of our Clarks commercial and Originals accounts within the Americas, ensuring clear communication and delivery of assets for both sell-in and sell-through. Additionally, the role supports research adaptation and maintains localized brand materials to ensure regional relevance and strategic alignment. Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential to success in this role. 

 

        What You'll Do:

  • Help build and maintain seasonal marketing calendars by organizing timelines, tracking deliverables, and aligning brand and commercial initiatives. 
  • Maintain the integration roadmap across merchandising, retail, e-commerce, sales, and marketing teams to support coordinated execution. 
  • Assist in developing campaign assets and messaging by compiling briefs, managing approvals, and supporting creative production. 
  • Consolidate channel activation details into clear campaign briefs for internal and global stakeholder use. 
  • Track campaign performance using recap documents, dashboards, and ROI metrics to support reporting and optimization.
  • Support seasonal planning meetings between Marketing and Merchandising to ensure regional needs are documented and shared with global teams.
  • Monitor marketing budgets updating forecasts, tracking purchase orders, and flagging variances for review. 
  •  Clarks Wholesale Account Marketing
  • Support wholesale marketing needs including but not limited to, planning & execution of account marketing activation, distribution of marketing assets to key accounts, communication of special project launch dates and embargoes to key accounts.
  • Support wholesale sell in process by assisting with tasks such as: sample coordination and compiling of marketing materials.
  • Be a collaborative partner with key cross functional partners in product/merchandising in originals and premium across all genders to streamline efficiencies in a clear vision for the strategic direction for commercial growth.
  • Consumer Marketing (PR & Influencer Support)
  • Coordinate PR outreach, including media list management, press release distribution, and agency liaison.
  • Support influencer marketing initiatives by managing product seeding, gifting logistics, and content tracking. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (digital, social, CRM, retail marketing) to support the rollout of consumer-facing campaigns and store launches.
  • Contribute to collaboration initiatives by supporting campaign logistics, partner coordination, localized storytelling and account marketing.
  • Track and reconcile marketing expenses related to PR, influencer, and activation programs.
 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in retail, fashion, or consumer goods
  • Familiarity with PR outreach, influencer engagement, and campaign execution
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with budget tracking tools preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally and independently
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand storytelling
