In this position, you will serve the City Wide Facility Solutions - Northwest Ohio, one of more than 115 markets covered across the United States and Canada. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to support our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling both accounting tasks and general office support.

Essential functions:

  • Help maintain accurate financial records
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist with basic financial reports and recordkeeping
  • Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
  • Handle general office administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with Various HR/Compliance projects
