Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant
Direct Hire | Near Green Tree, PA
Salary: Up to $56,000 Annually (Based on Experience)
LHH is partnering with a well-established and growing organization near Green Tree, Pennsylvania, to identify a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant for a direct-hire opportunity. This position offers the chance to join a collaborative team in a stable environment while providing key support for both accounting functions and day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable invoices with accuracy and efficiency
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
  • Prepare and issue vendor payments in a timely manner
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities, including account reconciliations and financial record maintenance
  • Maintain organized accounting files and administrative documentation
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and accounting personnel
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration
  • Support month-end closing activities and audit preparation as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
