We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to support the organization's financial operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, assisting with month-end activities, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions.
The Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper will work closely with operational teams and internal stakeholders to review financial activity, research discrepancies, assist with cash management processes, and help ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build or grow their accounting and finance experience.
Responsibilities
• Process daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with month-end close activities and related reporting.
• Review financial activity and investigate discrepancies.
