Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented
Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations and overall office administration. This role works closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial records while also providing essential administrative support across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Track expenses, vendor payments, and project-related costs
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Support financial reporting and data preparation for leadership
Administrative Support- Provide general administrative support to leadership
- Manage document organization, filing, and recordkeeping
- Coordinate invoices, contracts, and vendor communications
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination
- Support special projects as needed
Qualifications- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger basics
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage both accounting and administrative responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and vendors
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
