Job description

Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations and overall office administration. This role works closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial records while also providing essential administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Assist with month-end close activities
  • Track expenses, vendor payments, and project-related costs
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Support financial reporting and data preparation for leadership
Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership
  • Manage document organization, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Coordinate invoices, contracts, and vendor communications
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination
  • Support special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger basics
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
