We are seeking a passionateCoordinator of Aman Private Office, this role supports the day-to-day operations of the global membership office by assisting with bookings, member communications, sales administration, and reporting. Working closely with the Senior Manager and global Sales Directors, this role plays a key part in delivering seamless service to Aman Club members, Residence Owners, and Aman Loyalists, while upholding the brand's standards of excellence and discretion.
Responsibilities

Supports Aman Private Office bookings and Aman Club membership sales tracking and reporting on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

Processes Aman Private Office and Aman Club receivables, including invoicing, commission tracking, and follow-up on outstanding items.

Assists with lead generation and prospecting activities, maintaining accurate pipeline records and supporting global Sales Directors with outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management to achieve membership revenue targets.

Assists in budget tracking and cost-control activities by maintaining accurate records and supporting the preparation of analyses and materials for leadership review.

Assists in the preparation of operational reports and materials for board and leadership presentations, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

Manages inbox communications on behalf of the Aman Private Office, ensuring professional, brand-consistent, and timely responses to all inquiries.

Collaborates with Aman Private Office colleagues, global Sales Directors, and hotel operations teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistency in service delivery.

Coordinates global bookings for Aman Club members, Residence Owners, Aman Loyalists, and the APO Extended Network, ensuring seamless execution across properties and operations teams.
