Hiring a Call Center Manager (remote) to lead our booking/CSR team for home services brands — immediate start. We're looking for a hands-on leader with deep home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and ServiceTitan know-how who loves coaching people and driving results. This role is for someone who can:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of booking reps/CSRs
  • Own staffing, scheduling, and daily coverage
  • Drive KPIs: booking rate, containment, and QA scores
  • Run the QA loop and handle escalations

Requirements:

  • Deep home services experience — HVAC, plumbing & electrical (required)
  • ServiceTitan experience (required)
  • 3+ years call center experience, with 1–2+ years managing
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Strong English communication
  • Experience managing remote/offshore teams
  • Full-time, aligned with ET hours
