Overview
Cummings Electrical is hiring for an Area Supervisor (Electrical Foreman) for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX. ($2,500 Sign on Bonus!)
Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC's and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.
As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities
  • Prepare, read, and interpret blueprints, and specifications to determine wiring layout, equipment, and fixture placement
  • Assists the Superintendent in planning work and schedules
  • Inspects crews' installations for quality, making sure code and safety standards are met
  • Provides on-site direction, mentor, and train Apprentice Electricians
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in new commercial and/or industrial construction settings
  • Ensures that requested material is expedited and received as needed

Qualifications
  • A valid TDLR Journeyman's License is required
  • Minimum of 4 years experience
  • Capable of layout, termination, and understanding of electrical drawings for complex critical electrical tie-ins and outages
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project managers regarding project progress, issues, and recommendations
