Key Responsibilities

Your role as an LMFT will involve the following:

  • Conducting assessments and offering therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges.
  • Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on family dynamics, including but not limited to issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and medical stress.
  • Developing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client and their families.
  • Providing individual sessions for clients and separate sessions as necessary while ensuring a collaborative therapeutic approach.
  • Documenting progress and outcomes in client files, while maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and child/adolescent populations, offering support in navigating issues like separation, family conflicts, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
