To thrive as a Boiler Tech, you need solid knowledge of boiler systems, mechanical aptitude, and typically a high school diploma or technical certification in boiler operation. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, control systems, and relevant certifications such as a Boiler Operator License are commonly required.
