360 Heating & Cooling LLC is hiring a driven HVAC / Boiler Apprentice & Helper to work alongside experienced technicians in the field.

This is a hands-on position where you will learn forced air systems, hydronics, boilers, and mechanical equipment — and build a long-term career in a high-demand trade.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist technicians with HVAC service, maintenance, and installations
  • Work on boilers, hydronic systems, piping, and mechanical equipment
  • Help install furnaces, AC systems, ductwork, and venting
  • Carry materials, tools, and set up job sites
  • Maintain clean trucks, tools, and organized work areas
  • Learn system troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
  • Follow company safety standards and procedures
